  • Modernize Technology: Implement hybrid meetings and tools for real-time public input, and provide capital office funding for furniture and technology,

  • Youth Engagement: Establish mentorship programs for youth participation in community decision-making.

  • Diverse Appointments: Prioritize diversity across key appointments including the EDC, pension boards, and city planning.
